The JEA/NSPA National High School Journalism Convention culminated with the announcement of the NSPA Pacemaker winners today after thousands of student journalists and advisers attended the spring convention in Seattle! The NSPA Pacemakers are the highest achievement a school can achieve for their yearbook publication from NSPA. Walsworth Yearbooks congratulates all 59 Pacemaker and Pacemaker finalist winners, including the 10 Walsworth schools who received the prestigious NSPA Pacemaker Award for their 2024 yearbooks!

According to NSPA, teams of professionals judge the yearbooks using several criteria, including coverage and content, quality of writing and reporting, leadership, design, photography and graphics. These yearbooks are selected by a panel of judges based on coverage, writing, design and photography, among several other criteria.
