President’s Collection

The 2017 Decamhian staff asked readers to take a closer look beneath the surface at Del Campo students and their community – a story they started with intricate detail in a six-spread theme opening. The nice design touch of slivers of photos appearing inside headlines and around the corner of pages was used effectively and consistently throughout the book. The coverage, which is divided into traditional sections, really stood out when it focused on unique stories to the year, such as the profile of a new principal and the retiring of a cross country coach after 50 years.
