"It's 7:35, the drop off line is packed. Cars swerve around cones and concrete barriers while students dodge oncoming traffic. Are you serious?! Students scramble to grab ID's from backpacks, spilling notebooks and pencils while Mr. Kirby smiles and waits patiently. Do I even have it? And then it hits us — this is life every day for the next year. We have to think... is this really happening? Everything we thought was chaotic this year becomes overshadowed by the never ending mayhem of the Bald 4 Bucks assembly. Look at all these baldies! We gather in the gym for one last assembly with our seniors, saying goodbye and celebrating what the next year has in store. Someone grab the tissues. With the school year almost done, we have to accept that...yeah that just happened!"
