"My sneakers dig into the dry, crunchy grass of the field, as I run to my waiting team to practice our chant of the season.
I lift my hands into the air, lightly leaning against the other soccer players with my shoulders, reaching inside the middle of the circle. 'Jaguars on three.'
Palms touch backs of hands. We bounce our arms in time to the chant; not perfectly synchronized, not needing to be. 'One, two, three.'
I look around the circle, my eyes meet other eyes, every player smiles. 'Go Jagz!' Our hands lift into the air.
We are a product of change built through every moment."
