"Central is BIG and is getting bigger. The 2023-2024 school year feels and looks different. The construction makes always-familiar spaces almost unrecognizable. While we witness our school getting a well-deserved update, our 2,237 students continue to excel in academics with the most AP courses offered in the state. Halls are still bustling, and freshmen are still getting lost on their way to the 5th floor pool. Students come from 48 different countries, including Afghanistan, Brazil and Yemen, and we continue to foster a welcoming environment. With the expansion of our building the expansion of our ideals, traditions and Tiger pride. While each student that walks through our doors is different, we all share a common goal: success. We unite a student body and find new ways to Level Up."
